Our policy on AI tools

At Creative Minds, the submission of texts that utilize AI tools and programs is permitted exclusively for the purposes of grammatical and linguistic accuracy, brainstorming, valid research, self-editing and proofreading and (with major limitations) organization of thought. The use of AI services for the automatic production of substantive content is expressly prohibited, and such texts will be immediately rejected, as this conflicts with the creativity and originality of artistic productions, fully compromising our initiative.

In short, all works produced by generative AI will be summarily excluded. In this regard, it is not even possible for us to consider the authorship of the works with respect to the alleged author.

The submission of texts for editing, proofreading and review that were created with the assistance of AI tools requires a mandatory written declaration indicating it, including the purposes and in which way AI was used. The submitter also assumes full responsibility for the originality of the attached content, including for the purpose of assessing artistic quality.
